If you purchased a Von Dutch hat from Capitate.co.uk, and feel that you
would like to return it, please email your details to
VonDutchReturns@Capitate.co.uk. You will be offered a refund of the
purchase price - regardless of how long ago you bought it.
Important.
This offer only applies to those who purchased their Von Dutch hat from Capitate.co.uk.
The hat must be returned to Capitate.co.uk to qualify.
We won't be able to
reimburse for expenses incurred in returning the cap for refund. Make sure
you email your details to
VonDutchReturns@Capitate.co.uk prior to returning your cap. We will
check the details provided against our records prior to a refund being
made.

- If you are returning a Von Dutch hat, please see note opposite for
details.
- Pack the cap securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Send your copy of the packing slip with the cap. If you cannot
send the packing slip, please include your name and address with the
cap. Please advise if you would like to swap it for an alternative
cap/size or would prefer a refund.
- All caps must be returned in good condition, unwashed whenever
possible.
- Please do not return caps in envelopes. Packaging in this manner
may damage product during the shipping process.
- Important. Do NOT return cap recorded delivery or in
any manner that may require a signature.

- You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase, within 14 days from Capitate receiving your
returned cap. You will be refunded the mailing cost, up to £3.50, if
the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on
our part.
